Trevor Chambers

Trevor Chambers is a husband, a father and an entrepreneur. He and his family own and run Raleigh-based Bella Monica Italian Restaurant and Bella Monica FlatBread Company – a frozen food wholesale business. As such, Mr. Chambers likes to say he has a passion for being in the “delicious business.”

In 2003, Mr. Chambers wanted to take on the challenge of creating a consumer brand. That same year, he joined his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Corbett and Julie Monica, as part of the management team at Bella Monica Restaurant. He quickly realized that the restaurant’s unique spirit and exceptional food could be translated to a consumer product and brand that fill hearts and stomachs. Today, Bella Monica’s gluten-free frozen pizzas are sold in over 1000 stores nationwide.

In 1995, Mr. Chambers received a BS from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry School at Syracuse, NY.
