Mr. Thompson has almost 30 years of senior management and financial executive experience. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Noel Group, LLC, a privately-held, international industrial holding company that manages manufacturing and distribution activities in the transformation of engineered synthetic materials.
Mr. Thompson is primarily responsible for the financing strategies and needs of Noel Group, LLC and its operating businesses.. In addition to his financial and general management roles, his responsibilities include debt and equity capital, mergers, acquisition, divestiture, and business development transactions. In prior roles, he has completed venture capital and private equity financing as well as senior and subordinated debt transactions.
