Martin Sinozich

Martin Sinozich, Managing Member of Venn Capital and Executive Committee Member of Piedmont Angel Network III, has held operational and information technology roles since 1984.  Before moving to North Carolina in 2004, Martin served in a variety of operations and problem-solving assignments with MBNA America Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Prudential Home Mortgage.  Martin is currently an active investor with venture capital, real estate, and private equity interests.  In addition to his investment and management roles at Venn Capital and PAN, Martin launched and operates three franchise Planet Fitness locations in the Triad.  Martin also has commercial real estate experience including construction management, lease negotiations, and land acquisition.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and his commercial construction company holds an unlimited-classification license in North Carolina.  Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar.
