Martin Sinozich (50), Managing Member at Venn Capital, has held operational and information technology roles since 1984. Martin currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Piedmont Angel Network III fund, chairing the due diligence function. Prior to launching and managing the first of three Planet Fitness franchise locations he owns in North Carolina in 2004, Martin served in a variety of Operations and problem-solving assignments of increasing responsibility with MBNA America Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Prudential Home Mortgage. Martin is an active investor with venture capital, real estate, and private equity interests. Martin has commercial real estate experience including construction management, lease negotiations, and land acquisition. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a licensed General Contractor. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar.
